Shipping Policy for AG JEWELRY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at AG JEWELRY. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment clearance.

2. International Shipping
AG JEWELRY currently ships to all around the world

* Delivery Time: International orders typically take 10-20 business days to arrive after they are shipped.
* Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
* Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and import taxes that may be applied by their country. AG JEWELRY has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We declare the full value of the order on the customs form. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to monitor your package's journey. The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Delays
* Unexpected Delays: Occasionally, events beyond our control (such as weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays) may impact delivery times. AG JEWELRY is not responsible for these delays once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
* Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
AG JEWELRY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for your order. Upon delivery, the responsibility for the package passes to you.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions on how to return or exchange an item. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
